Private In-Home Dog Training

Individualized, one-one training based on your dogs needs and goals, whether that be general life skills, or specific behavioural concerns. This service is held within the comfort of your own home (or virtually), and take place with a IAABC-ADT accredited dog trainer. The service will involve an individualized training plan curated to the goals and wellbeing of each dog and household. 

 

Behaviours that can be addressed in a private training program include:

• General life skills such as polite walking, recall, drop-it, leave-it, and more.

• Fear + aggression, and reactivity  

• Counter-surfing or meal time begging 

• Lunging, barking, jumping 

• Mouthing, nipping, and chewing 

• Complex dynamics between multiple pets in the home 

• Safe introductions to a new family member (baby or new pet)

• Noise/sound sensitivity

This program is for any dog, of any age. Whether you want to proactively set the stage for success for your puppy, adopting a new dog into your home and want to start on the right foot, or seeking supportive for a beloved, longtime pet, this program offers the one-one time and aid that is specific to you and your dogs needs using evidence-based, kind, up-to-date, and ethical methods.

 

Each initial visit includes a qualified assessment of your dogs behaviour and history, hands-on-instruction, and a personalized training plan.
